How Energy Therapies Work

 

At the molecular level everything vibrates at a certain frequency, which then manifests through to the physical level giving it 'form' as we know it. If a part of our body is in a state of 'dis-ease' it is because it has shifted out of alignment of its original blueprint frequency. There can be many causes for a frequency to shift and become mal aligned. Have you ever noticed that if you are really angry about something and are unable to effectively get your point across, you end up with a sore throat! This is an example of how an unresolved emotion can shift frequency. Stored anger will manifest itself as inflammation somewhere in the body. Therapies using crystals, sound and light are able to 'retune' shifted frequencies back into alignment using (synchronisation with the original blueprint frequency) entrainment.
