Meditation

When you are caught up in the hustle and bustle of your daily life it is easy to lose sight of yourself. You can end up worrying about the future or thinking too much about the past. To be efficient and focussed you need to be experiencing the now. Meditation is a way of quieting the mind and can help you relax, let go of stress and experience the present moment.

Journeying

Journeying is a form of guided meditation. It involves visualisation and imagination. It can be used to find inner guidance or help to release beliefs that no longer serve you.

Esoteric Mentoring

Who Am I?  If you are asking yourself this question, there are many gurus and spiritual teachers out there willing to help. The ultimate answer though only comes from going within yourself (meditation) and to be able to trust what arises from your intuition. If you are new to your 'awakening' it can be confusing and you may find it helpful to hear what others have experienced to enable you to discern your own path. Remember we are all unique and it is important that you find guidance that truly resonates with you. Take what you find true in your heart and disregard the rest.
